RIGHTS of way often cause emotions to run high. Parties over whose land public rights of way run often feel aggrieved at the general public having access to their land, even though in most cases they knew of this when the land was purchased. Likewise those who want to use public open space feel it is their right to be able to walk wherever the public paths have been determined to be.

New Shearing Competition to Include French
