A 35-year-old man accused of fraud by claiming he was a war hero while collecting money for Help for Heroes, appeared in court yesterday.
Matthew Richard Brown, of Telford Road, Inverness, appeared before magistrates at Bodmin accused of three counts of fraud by false representation.See the full content of this document
