Summary


A man who drove while three times the legal limit for alcohol has been given a court order to tackle his drinking.

Lee Kelland, 36, was spotted driving erratically and failed to give way at a junction, Plymouth magistrates heard. Kelland, of Zion Place, Ivybridge, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Plymstock, on July 25. The court heard he was found to have 111mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
