A man has been banned from lighting fires or throwing balls for his dog after magistrates granted an interim anti-social behaviour order against him.

Sean Gallogly, 48, of Prospect Terrace, Newton Abbot, has been told to behave himself after leaving neighbours feeling like prisoners in their own homes, a court heard yesterday.
