Summary
A six-year-old boy was taken to hospital suffering burns to his chest after he accidentally set fire to himself. His older sister was also injured trying to put the fire out. The youngster is believed to have been using his mother's cigarette lighter while watching TV in his bedroom at Shrewsbury Avenue, Torquay, with two friends on Saturday night.
