THE likely shortage of brewers' grains has prompted farmers' co- operative Mole Valley Farmers to launch a moist concentrate onto the market.

Wessex Gold is a mixture of brewers' grains, processed bread, sugar-beet pulp and Trafford gold (a wheat-based bi-product of distillers' grains), David Vinall, MVF's straights business manager told a press reception at the show.
