A businessman who employed illegal immigrants may have may have made as much as Pounds 1.7 million from employing them, a court has heard.
But Recorder James Watson QC ruled that David Jim, 47, of Tong Fong Oriental Distribution Ltd in Bridford Road, Exeter, will only have to repay Pounds 52,000 within six months, or else face two years in prison, at a confiscation hearing at Exeter Crown Court.See the full content of this document
