Campaign Targets Smokers in West

A HARD-HITTING campaign highlighting the dangers of second-hand smoke to babies and children is being launched today.

The Smokefree South West campaign, launched on television, radio, posters and in newspapers, is targeting parents and across the region. An estimated 27.6 per cent of adults in Plymouth smoke, which is higher than the national average of 24.1 per cent.
