Summary
Many of you will already have been on, or are perhaps planning to take, your annual skiing holiday. Nothing comes close to this active, alfresco break, with hours spent on the slopes in the freshest air, followed by wholesome lunches at altitude, and then the well deserved feast to follow in the evening - washed down, of course, with a few glasses of "gluhwein".
