The climate has always changed and will always be changing as a consequence of our presence in, and exposure to, the wider universe in which we exist. Any consideration of our influencing climate change has to be in that context and with a careful eye on the only evidence we have as to the actual, as opposed to predicted, data stretching back hundreds of thousands of years. This data shows what are essentially cyclical patterns of climate change and the particular pattern of CO2 and temperature displays that CO2 concentration actually lags temperature variations as opposed to leading them.
