This is far from a new concept and involves international co- operation between regions like Cornwall, Brittany, Galicia and Ireland - regions that have much more in common than Stow-on-the- Wold has with Penzance.
Aside from historical and cultural connections, they all share a vested interest in equitably exploiting our maritime heritage, including fish stocks.
