For years it was just a humble abode tucked away at one end of a village street, but now a small Quantock cottage which played host to the creation of some of the most sublime lines in British poetry has been returned to the architectural and decorative style of its heyday.
The Coleridge Cottage - sometimes described as the "birthplace of the Romantic Movement" - is where the famous Devon-born poet wrote his most celebrated works and this week it is being re-opened following a major re-presentation and restoration project.See the full content of this document
