Exmouth residents were furious yesterday after binmen refused to empty green recycling bins because there were slugs in them.
Glenn Sismore-Hunt, 60, put out aluminium cans and bottles to be collected but contractors put a red sticker on his bin saying its contents were "contaminated" and could not be taken away.See the full content of this document
