Summary
At last! a judge has made a ruling backing the "user majority" who wish to avail themselves of an established facility, but are being denied by the actions of a very few. I refer to the recently reported verdict brought down by Mr Justice Forbes at the High Court, overruling a complaint supported by St Albans Council, which sought to assist a woman who moved next door to a pub then complained about "chattering noises" from the adjacent pub garden.
