It only seems like yesterday that Cowlin Construction was setting up in Plymouth, says Mike O'Neill, recalling how the expansion into Devon and Cornwall began with just two people, himself and marketing executive Nicky Sadler.

That was three years ago and today Bristol-based Cowlin has a staff of 65 in Devon and Cornwall, working from North Hill in Plymouth and a satellite office in Exeter.
