Summary
I was appalled to read the report by Petra Mann (WMN Aug 13) on the drugs dealer who was sentenced to 51 weeks jail but suspended for two years.
For goodness sake, is drug dealing a serious matter or not? A recent council survey showed that ordinary folk rated drugs as their worst fear for their families, way above anti-social behaviour, ill- effects of smoking and even alcoholism.See the full content of this document
