May i through your excellent paper thank Geoff Constance for alerting all lovers of Padstow about the plans being considered by North Cornwall District Council for major development at Crugmeer.
I personally cannot conceive of anything more ludicrous; as Geoff says this is an area of outstanding natural beauty, and is only approached by means of lanes, so should this development go ahead no doubt new roads would have to be built, taking even more land.See the full content of this document
