Mark Strange was more than two and half times over the legal drink drive limit when he drove the 30 miles from his home in Wellington, Somerset, to his base in Exeter, Devon. And when he was spotted drunkenly trying to get into his new Honda estate car afterwards, he took police on a bizarre "chase" through the city outskirts.
