Summary
W adebridge had everything last Saturday. Well, at least it had point-to-point racing after a horrendous amount of overnight rain had washed out other jumping fixtures, including Cheltenham. No such happenings at the showground even after the deluge. Floods en route, some mini showers, a little sunshine, and eventually a rainbow to greet the last race. "Good to soft, soft in places" pronounced the number board which probably under- estimated the prevailing testing conditions. Well done Wadebridge - we could have staged the scoop six.
