Argyle's prospective new owner has outlined his proposal to repay the club's longsuffering staff and players. James Brent is set to rescue the Pilgrims from folding - and could be named new owner by the end of next week. However, Home Park workers, largely unpaid this year, must agree a wage repayment deal if the club is to survive.
