Plymouth's investment prospects will suffer after its airport closes tonight but the city must now focus on upgrading its road, rail and broadband links, business leaders have said.
Plymouth City Airport will close to all air traffic from 10.30pm - marking the end of 85 years of flights from Roborough. Its runways will be marked with white and yellow crosses in the next few weeks in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations to signal that they are out of service.See the full content of this document
