THE expenses scandal could result in MPs being banned from claiming for mortgages on second homes, under proposed reforms to be unveiled next week, it was reported last night.
Instead of claiming for payments on London homes, Westcountry MPs would have to rent, under the plans to be put forward by Sir Christopher Kelly, the chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, according to the BBC.See the full content of this document
