Owners of the Harbour Lights in Falmouth have been shortlisted against those of the Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum, Perthshire, and owners of the Royal Fisheries in Whitby in North Yorkshire - each looking to winning the Staff Training and Development Award from Seafish, the UK authority on seafood.
