Veteran dairy farmer Tony Yewdall is fighting to save his pedigree Guernsey herd from destruction by Government slaughtermen, claiming a blood test for bovine tuberculosis is fundamentally flawed.

Later this week 88 of his valuable cows - all of them due to calve within the next few months - are due to be killed having tested positive to bovine TB through the controversial blood test system.
