SAILORS competing in the epic Fastnet boat race are expected to reach Westcountry shores at the race finish tomorrow.

Around 2,500 competitors set sail from Cowes on the Isle of Wight yesterday on the 608 nautical miles round the Fastnet rock before returning via the Isles of Scilly to the finishing line at Plymouth Breakwater.
