The father of an 18-year-old, who killed himself while using an Internet suicide chatroom, is lobbying for a change in the law.

Paul Kelly's son Simon killed himself in 2001. Now Mr Kelly is campaigning to see the law changed so that people who encourage others via the Internet to kill themselves will face prosecution.
