Porthtowan writer Caroline Palmer had long wanted to write about Cornish poet John Harris and had been musing on how best to do this when suddenly, while driving to a committee meeting of The John Harris Society, it clicked. A docu-drama would be the ideal medium in which to capture the story of the poet and to promote his life and work.
So she set about writing the script and in recent weeks has been busy producing the film, which she co-directed with University College Falmouth student Sabrina Scollan. "It has been hectic," says Caroline, whose published work includes The Cats Of Tregoyne and What The Cats Of Tregoyne Did Next.
