Summary
For some years I have been fascinated by Formula One racing and, up to now, had assumed it was all above board. However, last year there were certain goings-on relating to technical documents going astray and, although there appeared to be a decision taken about liability and a rather substantial fine paid by one racing group, I could not myself entirely believe what was said had happened. The story was too involved, particularly as to the participants.
This year at Spa we have an unbelievable action by the same authority which suggested that the winner of a race had not won entirely fairly. Indeed I think the terminology was "he gained a slight advantage by his action". I wonder what a "slight advantage" is. Because it is obviously an excuse for some action rather than a valid reason for it.See the full content of this document
