Summary


There have been gardens at Dunster Castle for the past 280 years, though things have changed a good deal during that time. And they have been open to the public for an amazing 130 years.

Head gardener Gary Webb says: "It's a fearsome garden in many ways, some of its terraces having been carved out of the rock that is just inches below the soil surface, with robust trees planted to stabilise the slopes.
