Exeter Chiefs' Academy coach Rob Gibson has hailed the achievement of having six of the club's youngsters selected in the England Under-18 squad for their tour of Australia next month.

However, he insisted they will not rest there as the Academy coaches want to see several home-grown players appearing in the first team on a regular basis in the near future.
