IN Britain today what is the difference between being a law- abiding decent citizen and a criminal convicted of such crimes as murder and rape? Answer (if Europe gets its way) - none.

It seems plans are afoot to change voting laws so that the worst kind of criminal in our prisons can vote. Our cowering Government, which kowtows to every edict that comes out of Europe, is likely to allow thousands of jailbirds the right to vote alongside good citizens who have never broken the law.
