ADVENTURER Pete Goss has been given a special award by bards in Cornwall. Former Royal Marine Goss, 46, who lives in Cornwall, is renowned for his sailing expeditions. He captained a Cornish lugger to Australia and received a Legion d'Honneur for saving fellow sailor Raphael Dinelli in the 1996 Vendee Globe solo round-the- world yacht race.
