EXETER CITY 3 TRANMERE ROVERS 0 Paul Tisdale could have been forgiven for fearing the worst on Saturday as Exeter City were faced with overcoming a crippling injury crisis and the disappointment of crashing out of the FA Cup.
The Grecians were missing their entire midfield and leading goalscorer Daniel Nardiello through injury, which forced Tisdale into emergency action against a Tranmere Rovers side mounting a push towards the npower League One play-offs zone.
