I WAS pleased to read of Modbury First Association chair Lindsay Ward's support for affordable housing (letter, March 26).
I do not agree with the current process for building affordable houses, but Mrs Ward will realise that, under the present arrangements, in order for affordable housing to be built there needs to be at least the same number of "market value" houses.See the full content of this document
