A man was ordered to pay almost pounds6,000 after he was found guilty of hunting a fox with dogs in breach of the hunting ban.
Paul McMullan, 36, was sentenced at Chester Magistrates Court after he was convicted of using a dog on January 11 last year. Two other men and a youth were sentenced for their part in the incident at hearings last year.See the full content of this document
