KATHRYN Williams, the down-to-earth northern lass with a frail, hushed singing voice, is bringing her folk-tinged music back to the Phoenix in Exeter next week. She'll be appearing without her musical partner Neill MacColl, who is touring America with renowned singer songwriter David Gray.
