In the fourth paragraph of his letter criticising "Sarah's Law" Martin Narey, Barnardos' chief executive, wrote: "We know that dangerous sex offenders need constant and intensive supervision."
I disagree. I know that someone who is deemed to be a danger to children, liable to rape or murder them, should not be released into the community even with regular polygraph (lie detector) tests, satellite tracking and a squad of probation officers and psychiatrists.See the full content of this document
