Jane Lister proudly describes Foot Anstey as the "sleeping giant" of the Westcountry's legal world. In 2003 the practice had offices in Plymouth and Exeter and a pounds10 million turnover. Three years on and turnover is now up to pounds14 million - and growing - and it has added a fast-expanding office in Taunton.

By 2010 Ms Lister wants the practice to be turning over pounds22 million, doubling its size and expanding its services under a pretty aggressive business expansion plan.
