Surely Tony Blair was not thinking straight when he was negotiating the EU's Constitution, and then again its second attempt, by his agreeing for Great Britain to vacate its seat on the United Nations Security Council in favour of an EU-agreed UN policy?
Surely France, one of the founding members of the EU, and also one of its leading lights in policy formation to this day would, or should, have been the automatic choice to vacate its right on the UN for its brainchild the EU.See the full content of this document
