I wish to disassociate the Conservative group from comments in the WMN by Brian Greenslade, leader of the Liberal Democrats, claiming to speak for the whole of Devon County Council.
In recent months, the Conservative group has raised several issues in the council, including the need to limit damage done by large lorries/HGVs using satellite navigation systems on roads inappropriate for this size of vehicle.See the full content of this document
