Lifeboat crews in the South West have endured their busiest summer ever, launching a record 701 times to those in danger at sea.
This year's figures for June to August eclipsed those of 2005 when the RNLI's volunteer lifeboatmen put to sea 682 times - itself a record.See the full content of this document
