The Carlsberg South West Peninsula League officials hopes that the lingering cup competitions will be completed this weekend have already received a knock with the early postponement of St Blazey's FA Vase tie at home to Bemerton Heath Harlequins. Blazey will now attempt to stage the game on Saturday, January 8, 2011 which means that their second round Senior Cup game scheduled for that day will now move to the following Wednesday, January 12. There are also three Cornwall Senior and one Devon Premier Cup games, involving Peninsula sides, scheduled - snow and ice permitting.
