Summary
The squawk of snow-white geese carries on the wind. The sound - which for some of us is an audible promise of the biggest and best festive meal of the year - honks its way up from the Cornish sea cliffs and crosses the nearby hills to the barnyard where a big old sea container plays host to some of the finest air-dried hams in England.
