Three supermarket chains vying for precious development land in the same town will learn their fate tomorrow.

Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco have submitted separate plans for out-of-town land in Wadebridge, North Cornwall, which they say will create hundreds of jobs between them. But campaigners have called on councillors to veto all three developments or risk harming the economic wellbeing of the town centre and its legion of independent businesses.
