PLYMOUTH Argyle may find themselves coming up against some of Newcastle United's big guns - if Wednesday's FA Cup third-round replay at St James' Park goes ahead.

Both the Pilgrims and the Magpies were without Coca-Cola Championship fixtures on Saturday. Plymouth's away game at Queen's Park Rangers was postponed because of public safety concerns prompted by the severe winter weather. Newcastle's assignment at Reading was called off for the same reason.
