Summary
A march is being organised to protest against a South Devon college being moved to Cornwall. Members of Wake Up Totnes will lead the march through the town in support of the Save Dartington College Campaign. Totnes Mayor David Horsburgh will lead the march which is scheduled for Saturday, to begin at 1pm from the Plains. The procession will go up the high street before finishing at the Rotherfold. In March, the board of governors at Dartington College of Arts gave their backing to relocating to merge with University College Falmouth.
A NEW Chief of Staff and second in command has been appointed at HMS Raleigh, the training establishment in Torpoint, South East Cornwall. Commander Mike Flynn takes over from Cdr Justin Rees who has moved to a new appointment at the Assistant Chief of Defence Staff.
