Marine Guilty of Wellington Boot Attack On Prisoner

A ROYAL Marine has been found guilty of attacking an Afghan prisoner with a Wellington boot, a Royal Navy spokesman said.

Sergeant Mark Leader, based at the Commando Training Centre in Lympstone, Devon, had denied the charge of assault causing actual bodily harm to Mohammad Ekhlas last year.
