THE South West mergers and acquisitions market continued to suffer in the first half the year as a result of global economic conditions, according to a new study.
Research conducted for PKF accountants and business advisers Deal Drivers UK, shows that just 257 transactions took place in the six months from January to June 2009 across the whole of the UK - a reduction of 66 per cent compared to the same period last year. The total deal value was Pounds 21.1 billion, a reduction of 61 per cent on the same period last year.See the full content of this document
