D MILIBAND'S recent article in the WMN was supposedly about the South West leading the way in renewable energy, but for him there appears to be E just one technology - wind.

Hardly a mention of offshore marine energy using the waves or the tides in a part of the country that has some of the best coastal facilities for this, or of solar power in the region where there is the highest amount of sunshine.
