The Ministry of Defence has launched an investigation after an aircraft flew so low that it terrified a pet dog, which fled from its owner.
Peter Coneybeare, who lives in St Mellion in South East Cornwall, was deafened by the aircraft which roared over his house and his 13-year-old dog ran away on to neighbouring land.See the full content of this document
